The Model

One founder. One AI executive (Nex, COO). A fleet of specialized agents handling engineering, research, operations, and strategy. This is not a metaphor — it is the literal organizational structure. KI is a proof of concept for the one-person AI company model.

KI. Not AI. The distinction is intentional. AI is a category. KI is an entity — a specific architecture of human judgment and machine execution, operating with precision and accountability.
