Nature of Services

Katz Intelligence Ltd provides experimental AI software, tools, and digital products. All services are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. Many of our products are in active research and development, which means functionality, availability, and output quality may vary significantly.

No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Katz Intelligence Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

Katz Intelligence Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, any of our services
• Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in AI-generated output
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Loss of data, business opportunities, or other intangible losses
• Third-party conduct or content accessible through our services

User Responsibility

By using our services, you accept responsibility for:

• All content you generate using our AI tools and systems
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• The security of your account credentials and access tokens
• Understanding and accepting the risks inherent in experimental software

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including source code, designs, branding, and documentation, belong to Katz Intelligence Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

Indemnification

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
